The artifact got its name because of its distinctive behavior. Heart periodically contracts and expands, leading to the stretching of the semi-transparent material stretched between its vertical formations.

Stalkers noticed a long time ago that the artifact starts pulsing in sync with the heartbeat of the nearest person. They use this property to detect adversaries. However, scientists are still unable to explain why this artifact possesses such an unusual property.
