Unlike other artifacts from Blizzard, Chilly possesses a unique composition. A significant portion of it consists of metallic hydrogen, which is incredibly strong and likely encases argon.

The presence of this inert gas within the unbreakable shell was determined through the superconductivity observed on the artifact's surface. When various electric charges were passed through it, the artifact's luminosity changed.
