According to some scientists, the formation process of the Leaded Glass is very similar to that of another thermal artifact, the Scallop. Other researchers highlight the similarity of its crystals to those of the Frost. However, neither similarity explains the absorption properties of the crystals—a trait found in neither of these artifacts.
