A modification of the Albatross created by a mad lone stalker who believed that a fiend's head would scare off any opponent. While his theory failed, the armor's sinister appearance impressed the surrounding stalkers.
The modification spread throughout the Zone, further enhanced with amulets made from mutant fangs—extra protection is never a bad thing in turbulent times, right?
